Symptoms of bacterial vaginosis are foul-smelling white or gray discharge and itching.
The basis for a healthy genital area is a balanced bacterial flora that has plenty of lactic acid bacteria (lactobacilli) and a low pH value of 3.5-4.5. The cause of bacterial imbalance is a disturbance in the bacterial flora where the normal flora with lactobacilli is reduced, and the amount of bacteria is increased. This results in a higher pH value where harmful bacteria thrive.
LactiCUR contains lactobacilli that are found naturally in the body’s immune system and provide a low pH value in the vagina. A low pH favors healthy bacteria, which in turn prevents harmful bacteria and infections. This means that you treat and prevent imbalance in the genital area in a completely natural way and that the lactobacilli work for a balanced, normal bacterial flora that protects your genital area against infections.

Q&A
When should LactiCUR not be used?
LactiCUR should not be used by people with corn allergies. The product contains glycogen extracted from corn.
Can I use LactiCUR if I want to get pregnant?
Avoid using LactiCUR if you are trying to get pregnant as the lactic acid can make the environment for the sperm worse.
Can I use LactiCUR even if the midwife/gynecologist has not established that I have an imbalance?
If you recognize the symptoms, that what you have is bacterial vaginosis, you can safely use the product. If you are more unsure it is always good to go to a midwife or gynecologist to be sure that it is not another vaginal infection you have.
Why should you consult a doctor if you are breastfeeding while you recommend pregnant women to use LactiCUR?
There have been no studies on lactating women who have used LactiCUR and therefore we must advise you to consult a doctor. But there is nothing in the product that could be harmful during breastfeeding. It contains lactic acid which occurs naturally in the intimate flora of the genital area.
When I try the product, it stings and itches. Is this normal?
You can get irritation from the lactic acid in the product if you have dry mucous membranes or a fungal infection. But it is harmless and transient. It actually shows more that the product is helping the mucous membranes become hydrated and establishing a normal bacterial flora. If the irritation persists after a few days, you should see a gynecologist or midwife to investigate in more detail what the cause of the irritation could be.
Can you use LactiCUR as a vegan?
